What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle for assigned partners, from proforma distribution through invoice submission
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines, including rate validation and tiered or volume-based discounts
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging invoices, and short payments
• Work with partners to forecast monthly billing and collections targets
• Coordinate follow-up on overdue client payments
• Oversee electronic billing through eHub and ensure successful e-billing submissions
• Build strong relationships with partners, clients, administrative staff, and billing/finance colleagues
• Take ownership of assigned work from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
• Assist with additional finance projects as needed
