Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate (5–8 Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join our commercial litigation team, with a focus on real estate-related matters. This role is designed for a candidate who is ready to step into a leadership position, serving as a key intermediary between partner-level attorneys and junior associates.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys, and will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day case workflow. This individual will help “quarterback” matters by ensuring efficient delegation, maintaining organization across multiple cases, and providing direction to junior team members. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting junior associates, including oversight of assignments, feedback, and professional development
  • Coordinating case strategy and execution in collaboration with partners
  • Delegating work effectively and ensuring timely completion of all litigation tasks
  • Maintaining organization across active matters, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Serving as a central point of communication within case teams

Practice areas include:

  • Commercial litigation, with an emphasis on:
    • Commercial real estate disputes
    • Construction litigation
    • Land use matters
    • Broader business disputes
