Revenue Manager

Job Summary
This position leads the firm’s full revenue cycle and partners closely with attorneys and leadership to strengthen billing operations, improve cash flow, and drive overall financial performance. The role is non‑exempt with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 remote).
Role Highlights
• Oversee monthly billing, WIP monitoring, AR aging, and collections coordination
• Supervise billing and collections staff, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met
• Review prebills, resolve billing issues, and support attorneys with client guidelines
• Ensure compliance with billing requirements, LEDES/e‑billing systems, and matter‑level arrangements
• Monitor delinquent accounts and develop strategies to reduce aged receivables
• Prepare revenue reports (WIP, AR, billing activity, realization metrics) and track KPIs
• Provide insights to the COO and collaborate on revenue analysis and special projects
• Train attorneys and staff on billing policies and best practices
What they’re looking for
• Bachelor’s in accounting or business administration
• 7+ years of relevant experience (professional services preferred)
• CPA/CMA a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting/billing systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently
