Business Development Coordinator – Trial Practice – DALLAS
This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and client strategy, working closely with attorneys and BD leadership on initiatives that drive growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Conduct client, competitor, and market research
- Maintain experience data and marketing materials in Foundation
- Assist with legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, etc.)
- Update attorney bios, practice content, and collateral
- Support client communications (alerts, newsletters)
- Coordinate events, CLEs, and client-facing programs
- Manage CRM data, lists, and reporting
- Assist with onboarding lateral attorneys
- Contribute to broader BD/Marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
- Polished communicator; comfortable working with attorneys
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/experience systems a plus
