The Role
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, including large-scale cases, MDLs, class actions, and internal investigations. This position works across offices and supports the full litigation group.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of complex litigation, arbitrations, and investigations
• Serve as a key trial paralegal, including on-site trial support and courtroom logistics
• Coordinate discovery, document review, and productions using Relativity and firm systems
• Prepare and manage exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders
• Draft and manage privilege logs; cite-check and Bluebook filings
• File pleadings in state and federal courts (ECF and Texas e-filing)
• Work closely with attorneys, experts, vendors, and trial consultants
• Train and mentor junior team members and project assistants
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience at a mid-size or large law firm
• Significant trial experience, including serving as a lead or key trial paralegal
• Advanced proficiency with Relativity, Westlaw/Lexis, PACER, and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
• IP litigation experience and prior supervisory experience are a plus
Travel: Minimal; as needed for trials and hearings
