IT Analyst – Night Staff
Legal Services Environment | FULLY REMOTE | Houston

We are partnering with a well-established legal services organization to recruit an experienced IT Analyst (Night Staff) to provide after-hours technical and document support to attorneys and professional staff in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Schedule (Rotating Two-Week Schedule)
Week 1:
• Mon–Fri: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Sat–Sun: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week 2:
• Mon–Wed: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Thu–Sun: Off

Responsibilities
• Provide Help Desk support via phone, email, and remote access
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and legal applications
• Monitor and manage tickets; resolve or escalate as needed
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat
• Assist with document formatting, redlines, TOCs/TOAs, and closing binders
• Support iManage or similar document management systems
• Use AI or transcription tools for dictation and audio files

Requirements
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and desktop hardware
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment
