Events Manager – Global law firm – Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee firmwide event operations, including seminars, receptions, client programs, and internal retreats across all domestic and international offices.

Lead event intake calls with attorneys and business development colleagues to define goals, recommend formats (in-person or virtual), outline key deliverables, and establish timelines and budgets.

Plan and execute all logistics for assigned events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, materials production, on-site support, and virtual platform management.

Collaborate with graphic design and marketing teams to produce event invitations, landing pages, and registration forms.

Manage complex, high-touch events such as the annual Partner Retreat in partnership with firm leadership, including executive travel, lodging, off-site dinners, and all meeting logistics.

Track and report post-event data such as attendance, budget summaries, and follow-up communications in coordination with Business Development Managers.

Maintain a centralized events database for annual reporting and strategic planning.

Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships for events firmwide.

Conduct post-event debriefs with stakeholders to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements for future programming.
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience planning and executing events in a professional services environment (law firm experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to timelines and budgets

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work closely with attorneys and C-level executives

Proficiency in event tech platforms; experience with Vuture a plus

Able to travel periodically for firm events as needed
