Contracts Administrator – West Houston | Newly Created Role – ONSITE
We’re partnering with a growing, well-run organization seeking a Contracts Administrator to own vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and ongoing compliance.
This is a high-visibility role working closely with legal, risk, accounting, and operations—ideal for someone who likes to be in the middle of it all and keep things moving.
What you’ll own
- Manage day-to-day contract administration across MSAs, NDAs, leases, purchase orders, and vendor agreements
- Coordinate contract review between internal teams and third parties
- Track and maintain key contract terms, obligations, and documentation in the system (Cobblestone)
- Oversee Certificates of Insurance and ensure ongoing compliance with contractual requirements
- Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and critical dates—nothing slips through
- Partner with Accounting and Operations to maintain accurate vendor records
- Support contract-related projects and process improvements
- Assist with corporate entity data and internal reporting
- Train users and help optimize the contract management system
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of contract administration experience
- Experience working across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines without hand-holding
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable navigating systems (Cobblestone experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
