Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join its Compliance team. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys research, analysis, and working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts searches and analyze potential conflicts of interest.
- Review new client and matter intake requests for accuracy and completeness.
- Research corporate relationships using internal and external resources.
- Prepare conflicts reports and partner with Compliance Counsel to resolve issues.
- Maintain conflicts data and assist with special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of conflicts or new business intake experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal conflicts and ethical rules.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Intapp Intake, WorldCheck, Dun & Bradstreet, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
