Our Team
Kamile Prochaska, a founding member of Duvera, brings extensive experience and proven success to the table. With over 20 years in the executive search and staffing industry, Kamile has built a distinguished career in recruiting.
Previously, Kamile worked with renowned legal recruiting firms such as Donovan & Watkins, Ad Hoc Legal, and Providus. While her specialty lies in legal recruiting – including attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal office managers – she also excels in placing professionals in accounting, technology, and human resources roles. Throughout her career, she has successfully made thousands of direct hire and contract placements primarily in Houston and throughout Texas, including placements with firms located in the largest of cities like Chicago and New York City.
Kamile’s exceptional ability to identify talent is complemented by her knack for matching candidates with the skills and personality traits required for specific positions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Houston and is an active supporter of multiple charitable causes in the Houston area and is a member of multiple professional legal associations.
Kim (Burrow) Pratel joined Duvera Consulting, LLC in 2020 as a Member and Executive Recruiter specializing in legal, accounting and finance staffing.
Previously, Kim was with Donovan & Watkins “DW” (now BGSF) from 2007- 2019 as a Senior Recruiter, then Recruiting Manager and finally Managing Director & Executive Recruiter for Strategic Accounts nationwide. She managed Houston operations which focused on the placement of senior level contract and direct hire accounting, finance, legal and HR professionals. She was originally recruited to DW to develop the company’s attorney placement division and catapulted the firm into the attorney recruiting space with contract and direct-hire attorney placements into Fortune 10 – 500 corporations. She built their e-Discovery recruiting program in essentially greenfield space, for major companies including Walmart and BP’s Deepwater Horizon suit and Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Facility which remain the largest eDiscovery and claims review projects in history. She has placed attorneys and paralegals as well as executive level accounting/finance professionals in corporations and law firms in various cities throughout the U.S. Prior to DW, Kim was with Providus for six years as the Director of Paralegal & JD Placement. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a native Houstonian.
