Kamile Prochaska
A founding member of Duvera, Kamile Kuci Prochaska has extensive experience and proven results in legal, accounting, HR, and IT placements.
Mrs. Kamile Kuci Prochaska has over 25 years’ professional experience and over 20-years’ experience in the executive search and staffing industry.
Previously, Kamile worked for recruiting firms such as Donovan & Watkins, Ad Hoc Legal, and Providus. While her specialty is legal recruiting – attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries and legal office managers – she has experience placing accounting, technology, and human resources professionals, having made thousands of placements for direct hire and contract during her recruiting career. Her keen eye for talent is matched only by her ability to find the right person for the skill and personality required for the position at hand, with placements in Houston and Dallas. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Houston. Mrs. Prochaska is a supporter of multiple charitable causes in the Houston area.

Kim Pratel
Kim Burrow Pratel joined Duvera Consulting, LLC in 2020 as a Member and Executive Recruiter specializing in legal, accounting & finance staffing. Previously, Kim was with Donovan & Watkins from 2007- 2019 and was most recently the Managing Director & Executive Recruiter for Strategic Accounts. She managed Houston operations which focuses on the placement of senior level contract and direct hire accounting, finance, legal, administrative and HR professionals. She was originally recruited to DW to develop the company’s attorney placement division and catapulted Donovan & Watkins into the attorney recruiting space with contract and direct-hire attorney placements into Fortune 10 – 500 corporations. She built their e-Discovery recruiting program in essentially Greenfield space, including recruiting and fulfillment for the largest eDiscovery and claims review project in history. She has placed attorneys and executive level accounting/finance professionals in corporations and law firms in various cities including Houston, Dallas, New Orleans, Chicago and New York. Prior to Donovan & Watkins, Kim was with a national legal staffing firm for six years as the Director of Paralegal & JD Placement. She is a graduate of the University of Texas and a native Houstonian.
