Administrative Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with maintaining calendar.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Assist with venue bookings for office team-building activities and holiday events.
· Assist with the hiring process, including but not limited to, performing reference checks, assist with onboarding, and coordinating training and Continuing Education programs.
· Assist with seasonal and yearly intern programs including training and support.
· Submit expense reports and reconcile Office Manager’s credit card statements.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Highly proficient in MS Office/365 software (Word, Excel).
· Some travel and overtime may be required.
Education/Qualifications:
· High school diploma required.
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3+ years’ experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role in a corporate environment.
