Billing Rates Analyst – HYBRID
A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Rates Analyst to join its finance and pricing team. This position plays an important role in supporting the firm’s billing operations by ensuring attorney rates, client pricing arrangements, and billing terms are accurately maintained within the firm’s financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of billing rates and customized rate arrangements within the firm’s billing platform
- Process new rate requests and updates tied to client matters and attorney changes
- Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and pricing professionals to ensure billing terms are implemented correctly
- Review and troubleshoot billing or eBilling issues related to rates and invoice generation
- Assist with maintaining accurate pricing records and identifying outdated rate structures requiring updates
- Research historical billing arrangements and compile supporting information for pricing-related discussions
- Maintain organized documentation related to client billing terms, rate approvals, and pricing requests
- Support the monthly billing process by ensuring accurate and timely rate implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with attorneys, staff, and leadership
- Ability to work independently, escalate issues appropriately, and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
- Prior law firm billing, pricing, finance, or eBilling experience is highly preferred
